Cleaning your filter only catches surface-level dust coming into the unit. A deep clean goes much further — we disassemble the unit and clean the evaporator coils, blower wheel, fan blades, drain pan, and condensate lines. These are the areas where mold, bacteria, and buildup actually accumulate, and a filter swap will never reach them.
For most homes, once a year is the right call. If you run your system heavily, have pets, allergies, or live in a humid area, every 6 to 8 months is better. The goal is to stay ahead of the buildup — not react to it after the smell starts.
Our primary focus is deep cleaning — that's what we specialize in. However, if we discover a repair issue while on the job, we are certified to fix the problem so you're not left waiting for another appointment. For new system installations, we work closely with Kierce Heat Pumps & Mechanical to get you a full estimate and a quality install. We'll make sure you're taken care of from cleaning all the way through to a brand new system if needed.
We clean mini-split systems, heat pumps, PTAC units, HRV and ERV ventilation systems, and A/C systems. If air moves through it, we clean it.
Most standard mini-split cleanings are completed in under 2 hours. Larger systems, multiple units, or heavily soiled equipment may take longer. We'll give you an honest estimate when you schedule.
